what does 아니어도 mean in this context?

hello, i've got one more question about some song lyrics. I really appreciate anyone taking the time to answer my questions.

in the song Ditto by NewJeans, the lyrics say

다 아는 건 아니어도 바라던 대로 말해줘 say it back

what does 아니어도 mean? the given translation says that the whole line means "Not that I know everything but just as I want say it back"

I know 아니 means no but other than that i'm sort of lost.

also. what does 닿아있던 mean I know that the 닿 comes from 닿다 which means to touch or reach but I don't understand the rest of it
