Car locks not working

Hello y'all,

I've been dealing with a pretty serious issue over the weekend in which I can't lock or unlock my 2021 Kona EV with the key fob, door buttons or Blue Link. Everything else runs perfectly fine and still drives but the charging door is still locked with seemly no way to override it. I have two key fobs both of which didn't work and I tried boosting the battery (power windows, buttons, etc., all still work). I have already tried a hard reset by disconnecting the battery and have checked all the fuses.
