Does anyone know somewhere in kochi( preferably close to kalamasherry) where i can fix and refill these kinds of lighter

I have two lighter that i got from abroad. The one on the left needs lighter fluid and a steel igniter. The one on the right uses gas and the trigger doesn't work. I need a shop where i can do this. Hopefully near kalamasherry
