Is Keychron reliable?

Hey guys,

I have known about Keychron for a few months now and I was very interested in their keyboards. I would have already got the Q1 HE that came out recently had it been a TKL. However, lately, I am having doubts about their reliability. I joined this Reddit community like 3 weeks ago? And everyday I am getting multiple notifications from this thread and its all just people having issues with Keychron products, things like damaged products, dead keyboards from updates, bluetooth just straight up not working and many software related problems. Is this really the standard here? Its not like keychron products are cheap, but the number of issues I have seen just over a few weeks has been insane. Thoughts?
