Character doesn't take stuff out of machines.

My dude after gathering the max ammount of bait, won't take it out.

So Ive been playing with the crow's fishing mod lately. But, for some reason I can't automate my fisherman taking the bait out of the bowl and grand fish off of the fishing rod. For example he will gather the max ammount of bait, and then he won't take it out and just stand there. Everything worked fine before moving my fishing stuff to another location. Did anyone expierience anything like this?

On a side note, a noob question- do i need water to build farming plots?
