Are there "bad" countries for Kazakhs to visit?..

I'm sorry if the question in the heading is not really informative and correct. I'm asking primarily Kazakh people (because it's different for ethnic Russians and European looking people in general) who have ever been abroad (except Asian countries like China, Japan, Korea etc. You know what I mean) about their experience.

Of course I'm aware of those issues and it's just part of discrimination towards Asians. So it's doesn't really matter whether one's Kazakh or not in this case. I'm mostly interested in Europe. Is it really THAT unpleasant (except the COVID times) even as a tourist?..

I'm mostly of Kazakh decent myself and I live in Russia, near Moscow. But even despite the known terrible attitudes towards people from CA I'm starting to think that it's not so bad here and my long passion of visiting Europe (given that the sanctions too, of course) subsides. Especially after reading another disheartening story about how foreigners (again, mostly Asians) are treated there. At least Russian xenophobia is very open and doesn't hide behind "diversity" and "tolerance".
