Types of programs?

Hey, it’s been awhile since I’ve used sweat. I used to do BBG, stopped to explore different types of strength training.

What do the circuit programs look like now? I can’t get the free trial since I was already a member to explore.

I’m kinda done with lifting heavy atm and want to go back to circuit training, but I don’t want to do all plyometric again. I’m looking for a program that still includes weights, rdls, hip thrusts/Kas glute bridges in regular training.
