Kayak recommendation for big dudes

In the market for a touring kayak. I'm 6'5" and 270lbs so i'm looking for something with a roomy cockpit with enough legroom. Ideally i'd like an ABS boat priced somewhere in the $2-3K range. Any thoughts on the delta 15.5GT? Would it work or would I be too cramped?
