Denied Access to Portal for Months
Hi! My Kaiser web portal has not let me on since 12/24. I have spent probably ten hours with different member service people and being on hold. They write tickets to IT. IT says they are aware of the problem and are working on it for months now. I have screenings to schedule, messages for my care providers, etc. I cannot get anywhere on this. No humans to talk to, no true help. Still paying premiums. Anyone have this problem and found a solution? It’s so frustrating. TIA
