Week 3

I am on sema .25 on week 3 and I am a slow “loser”. My highest recorded weight was 210lbs at 5’7. I am now 200lbs and plan on only trying to lose 30-35 more lbs. could this contribute to a slower weight loss than others i see losing 10-15 lbs a month? If it matters I am 26(F).

I believe when I started I was at 204lbs.
