What Dosage Made a Difference For You?

I am currently at 50unit/1mg dosage per week and it seems like my cravings come back within the 3rd or 4th day after taking the medication.

Does anyone experience this? My refill just renewed and I will be asking for an increase in dosage since all the others haven’t worked too well. For reference I have been taking this since October and have been trying to follow a high protein/high fiber diet the best that I can but the food noise comes back so quickly. I’m not due for another shot until Monday and I feel so hungry every day.
