Can I still decline the job offer that I accepted and signed?

Hello! I just need your advice if I can still decline a job offer which I already have signed because I received an offer from different company? Its not yet the contract though but just the job offer.

I checked naman ung job offer na pinirmahan ko and wala naman naka clause dun na hindi na ko pde umatras. I hope you can shed some light on this. Thanks po.
