Question about dyeing

. . . or, kind of the opposite, actually. Has anybody ever tried to remove the color dye from Jellycat fur? Is there a way to do it that isn't as damaging as bleach?

I've been wanting Derreck Dog anyway, but I've recently been caring for a starving stray at my Airbnb while I'm across the country for an internship, and I'd love to memorialize her when I leave. She's stark ghostly white, and I wonder if one might un-dye colored fur through some kind of process.
