Spare tire/ donut options?

Just like the title says, I am looking to see if we have spare tire or donut options. I bought my 2015 renegade used and there was no spare tire or tire repair kit. I am planning some cross country trips and would like to have at least a spare tire or two or would it make more sense to just have a full tire as a spare and hope that I only need to use it once. My thought was , if I have two donuts then at least I could use one to get me through to get the tire fixed and to have another one just in case if that makes sense? I would also be planning on having Some fix a flat as well as plugs and an air compressor. I don’t wanna take any chances. I am definitely an over thinker and over planner.

What options do you all have in your rides?

Ps. I am also thinking about joining AAA, and I have roadside through statefarm as well.
