F77 Fuse?

I seen online, people removing this fuse to make their cheokee rwd from the awd.I don't see why there wouldn't be a problem but I never mess with fuses.Awd is perfectly fine but rwd would just be more fun in the snow and maybe better mpg.Just curious if anyone has removed this fuse and if they have any advice.
