Custom Rogal Dorn Head issue from CTC

I bought the 412 Rogal Dorn helmet from cooltoysclub.com but the head socket is gigantic compared to the neck peg on the primarch. Anybody have any experience with assembling this helmet or is this a defect? Thanks!
