Doubts Regarding CSAB

Hey JEETards, I've currently got CSE in NIT (Tier 3 using Home State OBC Quota), and I'm not expecting any upgrades in this now. But what if I register for CSAB? Will I loose this seat too if I do not get CSE/ECE in any of the NITs in my Locked Choices?
