Rome hotel recommendation for honeymoon

We're starting our honeymoon in Rome, and we're looking for a nicer-but-not-ridiculously-priced hotel in Rome. Most of our budget is going to Amalfi and the French Riviera, so I've had a hard time finding the perfect hotel in Rome.

• Dates: 9/4-9/8 (Thursday to Monday)
• Budget: $850 USD per night / $780 Euro per night, firm
• Room type: Looking for something at least 30sq meters. We're hoping to avoid really tiny traditional European hotels that are 18-25sq meters.
  
• Vibe: It's our honeymoon so we want to feel relaxed and taken care of, with great service.

I'm currently booked at the Rome Edition under these parameters, but I suspect we can do better.
