Are either fake? Both different colours

Please can someone give me some advice. I brought these for my son as his main birthday gift. Both brought from two different eBay sellers. (I did check sellers had 100% feedback and held their accounts for years). However both appear to be slightly different shades. Is one a fake? Please help a clueless mum out!
