Dental Monitoring - Dr. Stopped Monitoring??

Today I went to go and take my scans, as I have for the last 19 weeks. When I opened the app it says Monitoring Stopped - your doctor has stopped your monitoring. I have never had a no go or heard anything from my dentist. I have always moved onto the next tray after one week. Does anyone know what this might mean? I plan to call the office tomorrow morning.
