Black triangles after Invisalign

I’m wondering if I’m overthinking this:

I’ve had mixed feelings about the clinic: it felt like they’re always rushing me and were just happy to see me go after I said I was done.

They also didn’t tell me quite a lot of post- treatment issues: my teeth are extremely sensitive now, food gets stuck in my teeth quite a lot and I never had this issue before Invisalign — and it seems like I’ve also developed black triangles. I developed then during the first refinement which including IPR.

I pointed the triangles out to my ortho before, he kinda brushed it off because he said it’s way too small so it’s not worth ruining/taking part of my healthy good teeth just to fix such a minor thing. And then we were just done with the treatment and I got permanent metal retainer now. So I guess we’re done-done now.

But now it seems the triangle got a teeny bit bigger. Im also realizing — which I didn’t before — that there are triangles on my lower teeth.

I’m getting a bit self-conscious and a little upset: spent so much money on all of this, and now there are all these little things…
