Does anyone get red, inflamed patches around their urethra?

Like, in your vulvar skin.

I will get this from time to time. It has very clealy defined borders and encapsules the urethra area and goes down to the top of the vaginal entry. It's not thick, its just normal skin, but red, inflamed and causes some burning/rawness.

Does anyone else experience this?
