Smart QR CODE Activation eSIM won't activate

I've been trying to activate the eSIM I bought on the website on my iPad, but everytime I scanned the code given to my email, but when I do so, it keeps saying "no accessible data found". It's been 2 hours since I've bought it, transaction was smooth, but I can't activate it.
