Some apps(possibly websites too) aren't opening on my PLDT wifi

Hello, I've been having this problem for a while now and now is the time i consult about this to someone. I've been having a problem where certain apps do not open (ex. Brawl stars,ml,blue archive and etc.). We have 2 routers that share the same problem. The other one can open (ex. Brawl stars,ml,blue archive and etc.) but can't open the apps that my other router can open. I've only had this problems on games so far.
