State Farm Car Insurance

I have Statefarm car insurance here in Texas but I'm two months in and pay on a monthly basis. Do I have to stay the full six months with them before I can switch insurance providers? I was able to find one that provides me lower monthly costs for the same coverage but am not sure how to go about it.
