Apology to customer

I got a order from kroger to a senior citizen center and while i was handing the order to customer i dropped the bags , so i saw that there were two items damaged and told her i will go back to the store to get her new ones, and then i bought her flowers as an apology. She was very happy and im glad i could make it up to her.
