Unable to log in (No Permissions)

I found myself logged out of the app about a week ago and originally set up to log in with FB when I created my account. I have since been unable to log in. It says Error - No Permissions when I try.

I am able to log in using FB on the website.

I have several tasks to complete that arrived last week and can't log in to do them. I've missed two claims that I could have tried for. I emailed support but still haven't heard back. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache in the app.

Any suggestions on what to do from here?
