2 Missing Stoneville Random Quests

I know I'm not the first one posting about these, but I've tried EVERYTHING to find these last two quests to complete my courses and it's driving me crazy! I'm at 28/30. I've gone through wikis, guides, and interactive maps; I've done all the Photo Investigation, Observation, Risky Photography quests. I know some of the Abandoned District quests count for Stoneville, but I'm pretty sure I've done those too.

Could you guys just tell me like some of the hardest-to-miss Stoneville quests you've done so I can get a new idea of where to look? I've done the Bowler dog one, the flower box arranging ones, and the little kid under the stonetree near a cave one.
