Have you dealt with IIT discrimination
My workplace laste year hired freshers with masters from IIT at 13LPA fixed and 1L retention bonus for 2 years each.
The other normal people (even those with masters) get hired at 9LPA of which 50k is company and personal performance bonus.
Even 2 to 3 years experience guys are not reaching the 13LPA due to poor hikes raising out of poor company performance.
What's the best way to deal with? I like everything except this aspect of the company, there is enough WLB, learning, flexibility, good colleagues etc. So other than the obvious get another job what's the best way to deal with this considering there were 2 years of bad company performance.
