Which one should I get?

Hey, so I've never played any call of duty games before and I'm planning to play the modern warfare trilogy first. So should I play the og trilogy or the remastered trilogy? I want to know which one will give me the best experience and if there are any changes except the graphics. Thank you,in advance.
