Jeevan Pramaan app issue

I’m trying to use the Jeevan Pramaan app for my mom. I’m based in the States and my mom is here with me.

I installed the app properly - first the Aadhaar Face Rd app, then the Jeevan Pramaan app. I set the time zone on my Android tablet to IST.

When I fire the app, it states first that “supported biometric scanner found” (i.e. camera). The I enter the Aadhaar no, phone, email. I complete the OTP validation too. Next, it asks for a Operator name (her full name) and a Consent checkbox.

Once I complete and submit, I get an error that says:

“Application seems to be corrupted. Please retry after 24 hrs. - 864”

Need help please. I have no idea how I fix this.
