Stay in CS or Switch to Medicine

I needed advice from some of the seniors here in reddit.

I have been struggling with my choices, I am currently studying CS in a local college.

For some reason I cannot get myself to code.If required I know I can be good at it,but I just don't like the CS field for some reason.I can probably do anything MBA or transition to Business Analyst or Product Management,but I am considering switching to medical because that is what interests me more.

My family members tell me that at the end of the day Money matters more and making a career is all that's important. At the same time I don't have many responsibilities,parents have their own income sources are well settled and have asked me to do whatever I want,but be happy.

Does anyone have any perspective or advice to offer?
