Expiring currencies

Hello hello,

I'm a total newbie who started the game a few days ago, and I think I more or less understood how to optimize my game resources (I read the newbie guide and I know that I should obtain Kasumi as fast as possible with the coming banner).

One think that the game doesn't tell though, and which bugs me a lot, is the duration of currencies relative to several events. I had one of those where I had to collect puzzle pieces, and I actually was keeping them just in case, but they disappeared.

So, what are the currencies that I should stock in case I can't get what I want right away and what are the ones I should always use before an event ends? (I'm especially curious about currencies like Guild Contributions, SEED Badges and Gnosis Shards)
