Game Stages

Just curious do the Devs actually put out new stages by the week or have I completed the game currently and just have to do (try to) events now for something to do.

Kinda wish you could replay from the beginning once you reach the current end would be cool seeing how fast you could complete the earlier stages with your better gear.
