[WeWantOut] 26M Plumber 26M Plumber United States -> Canada

Me and my brother (both 26) are disabled. We have ASD and I have Type 1 Diabetes. We are about to be called upon to take a plumbing apprenticeship. Our goal is to acquire our Journeyman's Plumbing and use Canada's Expedited Immigration to gain full Canadian citizenship in roughly 6-8 years.

However the website says we have to take some kind of Canadian Language Test. Could someone explain what that is? It says we must take it even if we speak English as our primary language. However it does not list a place to research this test. I would like to know what it entails but I can't find any info on it.
