Can anyone decipher this embryo??

We had our FET today - transferred a Day 5 Blast that’s been on ice since 11/10. We PGT tested, so we did not get information on grading and were just told they were Euploid. Today at the transfer, my RE said they went through with assisted hatching and then handed us this picture right before we transferred…. And I’m just confused because it looks absolutely nothing like the hundreds of other embryo pictures I’ve seen via Reddit, TikTok, etc….
