Normal embryos

Just looking for information..i was 37 at my last retrevial when I had gotten 6 excellent graded embryos. Now I know that it's just a beauty contest but I wanna know how many ladies my age and older had normal embryos. Or should I look into doing another retrevial to get more. I don't think testing the ones I have will help because I don't wanna lose any. My brain is going a million miles an hour so much to where I can't sleep. I'm going through the what if stage..this journey really messes with you mentally 😫😫
