Day 5 embryo

Hi everyone. I recently had my egg retrieval where I had 24 mature eggs but only 1 fertilized. Today is day 5 and while our nurse said it has not made it to a blast yet that it is still growing and that they will call tomorrow. Is it a good sign that it’s still growing/what’s the likelihood that it makes it to the blast stage on day 6. So nervous but hoping to here success stories that may be similar to mine.
