6 week ultrasound - bad news

TW: miscarriage

I had my 6 week 5 day ultrasound this morning and was told that the yolk sac was no longer visible and the gestational sac was smaller and that this will be a miscarriage.

It was our first pregnancy, we transferred a 5AA euploid. My beta at 11 dpt was 250 and then 850 at 13 dpt. I seriously can’t understand why this is happening and I’m so so scared to think there’s something wrong with me that could have caused this.

Idk what I’m looking for but maybe similar stories of those who went on to have a successful pregnancy? I doubt my Dr is going to want to change protocol since everything went well at first and I already was on aspirin/histamine protocol.
