2022 RETURN ISSUE

So I E-filed my 2022 tax return February of last year through H&R Block, it got rejected and their professionals told me it was an issue with the IRS and that everything looked good on my end but that it needed to be mailed in. So I did that around maybe march and I've been getting the run around for a year saying they are backed up call back in 30 days or when I call, the first person I talk to usually takes a minute to figure out what is going on, an I always get told that all they see is that it got rejected and they have never got my return, and that I need to remail it in again. I've done this like 4 times and they are asking me to send it in again for the 5th time, and I know they have received it because they sent me in the mail that they needed some minor additional information (which I sent back), and that was like 5 months ago - also I got my state, just not my federal yet. So I'm kind of just at a loss and really frustrated, and idk what to do cause I keep just sending it in and getting put on the back burner. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated because that money seems like a pipe dream at this moment. Thank you!
