Sparkle Player 2 Accounts

Setting up my parents with my provider. My provider allows 1 connection. So if I pay for 2 accounts from the same provider and add both of them to my iptv editor would I have to make 2 seperate identical playlists with the different m3us to watch and record? Or just buy a 2 connection account from the provider so I can record and watch on one device
