Funding for the match , usce

Hello , Iam from India and will be graduating soon. Are there any alternate options to earn some money so that it will be helpful somewhere next year when I apply for the match ? Anything other than working as medical officer in a private corporate hospital. Any suggestions / leads ? Can I do a remote medical assistant job (USA based) here from India ? Thank you
