Step 3 latest date for 2025 Match cycle
So I have applied this year and was planning to sit on step 3 for this purpose.
It is common knowledge that it helps with match after getting interviews and some say that it's a good use of pre-match time since its alleviating the stress of this exam for future residency.
but there is a catch, I got a random opportunity to start employment at home and that means my probation won't end until january 28th, 2025. They don't allow extended leave during that period, no leave for me to travel to the states.
Below are the important dates of Match calender. Could anyone guide me which one of these dates is the actual cut off that I should consider to plan my step 3?
