CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK!

I'm about to take the lose of money and purchase a different case. Bought case a few months back. Y70 Touch infinite screen stopped working shortly after buying case. Posted tickets almost a month ago, No response, post on discord about ticket, and just get "PM me ticket number" and when i do they just say let me see what the hold up is. Then no other response. Then another person told me they would get the customer service team to contact me about a rma on the screen. This was all in the discord. Im getting fed up. Should have such a big issue when i pay $500+
