FPS Drops?

Does anyone else get random FPS/graphics issues part way through a match? First 5-10 minutes I was 200+ fps. I have a 4080 super, and I do play on 4k, but I just started having this issue a few days ago. Randomly, the graphics drop to like 60-65ish and look super choppy. Anyone else having this same issue?
