Can I connect my Huawei H210C 2014 phone to Wifi or be able to send texts?

I recently found my old 2014 Huawei H210C and it completely works just as it did years ago however it is a 3G device and I can't seem to find a wifi setting on it. Is there any possible way I can get this phone to be able to make texts again? When I try to text right now it says it couldn't be delivered and obviously 3G isn't really a thing anymore in the US so I'm very stuck. If anyone could help me be able to send texts on this phone again I would appreciate it a lot
