My trunk wont open!! need help!!!!

i have a 09 8th gen 4 cyl coupe accord. the lever that opens my gas cap and trunk is broken, and as that broke, the person helping me get my trunk shut disconnected the actuator in the trunk. does anyone have any idea on how to at least get somewhere with this? im stumped.
