Help me review my house renovation plans!
Hi All,
I'm planning to do a full home reno, including an addition next Spring. The house is currently a 3 bed/1.5 bath, ~1340 sqft. The garage will be demolished, and the addition, as well as a new garage, will be built in its place. After the renovation, the house will be ~2000 sqft. Overall, I'm pretty happy w/ the plans, but I thought I'd check in with this group since there's so much experience here. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated!
