What smart home technology should I put in the spec homes I build?

I build lots of spec homes per year and I want to set our homes apart from other spec home builders. I was thinking some smart home tech could help. I’m thinking along the lines of smart door bells, smart thermostats, flood light cameras, etc. What are your thoughts?
