Lighted Mirror Enough for Bathroom?

My bathroom is pretty small, but the Vanity is recessed with walls on both sides, and a Washer/Dryer unit on the other side of the wall. There is a window adjacent to the washer dryer.

I had initially planned to put in a Heater/Light/Exhaust in the ceiling, and a standard vanity fixture above the mirror. Trying to maintain a bit of style that walks a fine line between modern and rustic, and the perfect mirror is $300. Then the vanity is another $170.

But for $200, I could get an arched lighted LED mirror, where there is a strip of lighting around the outside. If I went this route, I'd forgo the other lighting fixture. But I'm hesitant, as I am unsure it is bright enough. Electrician hasn't done up the bathroom yet, so I feel like I need to make a decision soon, as how he wires it might change, depending on what I do.

Anyone have any experience with these types of mirrors?
